TORONTO GENDER INCLUSIVE AND SEX POSITIVE GESTALT THERAPY
Find yourself. Heal yourself. Know yourself. Love yourself.
About Me
Frankie Talon Rose
I am a queer, non-binary, mixed-race, neurodivergent Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) practicing in downtown Toronto, Ontario.
I specialize in working with clients around issues relating to sexuality, sexual orientation, gender identity, body dysphoria, religious trauma, relationships (monogamous/polyamorous), kink, anxiety, depression, existential issues & life transitions.
If you've been reluctant to approach a therapist for support fearing that you will be judged or shamed, I can empathize - and I can probably help.

My Values
Sex Positivity
Our relationships to our sexual selves are as diverse as there are people on this planet. There is no one correct way to express it, if all involved are of legal age and consenting. In addition, some don’t experience desire (asexual), some choose not to engage with it for a variety of reasons, and some of us may want a relationship to our sexuality but find that external circumstances prevent us from doing so.
Anti-Racism
I am committed to challenging racism in myself, in others, and in the oppressive systems and structures that shape our lives in profound and often traumatizing ways. I aim to promote dignity, respect, equity, and culturally sensitive care for all, and am open to exploring any related issues you may bring to the table.
Gender Inclusivity
As a non-binary person, I understand that for you, gender might be fluid, or fixed, that you might not resonate with the concept of gender at all, or that you might identify with a gender different from the one you were assigned at birth. I invite you to share your pronouns with me, and to change them as often as you need to.
Accessibility
I invite you to share any accessibility needs with me and wherever possible will try to accommodate you. While the in-person office is regrettably not wheelchair accessible at the moment, I do offer online Zoom therapy. The office is also a scent-free zone and the light can be adjusted for those with sensory sensitivities.
Religious/Spiritual Sensitivity
Our relationships to the religious/spiritual beliefs that we currently practice and/or were raised with can vary considerably. Some may currently practice within religious frameworks that frame and give meaning to their day-to-day lives, others have experienced organized religion as traumatic, and some may not have a relationship to religion at all. I am committed to working with you wherever you sit on this spectrum.
Sex Work Positivity
Sex work is skilled work and valuable work. Period.
